Running more than one allotment site

One Allotmin account can manage several allotment sites.

Add a site

Open the account menu at the top right and select Add a site.

When your account has two or more sites, the account menu includes a site switcher and a link to an overview of all your sites. These options are not shown if you have one site.

What each site has

Each site has its own:

• plots, members, member groups and waiting list
• billing years and rent
• charges, concessions and reminder settings
• online waiting list sign-up link
• website
• inspections, keys and deposits

Plot numbers must be unique within a site. Different sites can use the same plot numbers.

What is shared across sites

The following are shared across all sites on the account:

• account settings
• email templates and sender profiles
• logins

An email template can be limited to one site.

The current site

Allotmin shows records for the selected site only. There is no combined view of all sites, except the site overview, which shows a summary for each site. Allotmin remembers the last site you selected.

Members with plots on more than one site

A member with plots on two sites needs a separate member record on each site.
